Actual Handmade Vietnamese Hat or Nón. These are the hats the Vietnamese people use to keep the rain and sun off as they are working in the rice paddy or wherever. Hand embroidered unique designs have a plastic cover that is stitched over the hat which could be removed or left in place as it helps to protect the stitching.
